At Velocity, we are committed to your peak performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange any gear that doesn't meet your expectations. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
